  1. Run full time again after recovering from knee fracture

  3. Remain injury free after knee/leg is 100% healed

  • Sub 6' mile 
  • 5k: sub 21:00 
  • 10k: sub 43:00

  • 50M: Establish a respectable 50M PR
Cycling 
  • Consistently ride over 100 miles per week 
  • Complete at least 20 Metric Century rides (or longer)
